CHANGE OF MIND

All change of mind requests are considered solely by the managements discretion.
All refunds must be reported within 30 days of shipment.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
We guarantee that the goods you receive from us will be of acceptable quality, fit for the purpose for which they are sold, match the description and sample of those goods on our website.
Where an item has arrived damaged, or faulty or does not meet the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, please let our customer service team know by visiting our Contact Us page.
All refunds must be reported within 30 days of shipment.
Where goods do not meet the consumer guarantees and there is a major failure in relation to the goods, you are entitled to the following remedies: a refund in relation to the goods purchased; a replacement product which is identical or of similar value if reasonably available.
HOW LONG WILL MY SOLUTION TAKE?
We will make every effort to process claims within 10-15 business days of receipt at our online office. Where we provide you with a refund please note any credit to your card account may not appear on your credit card statement until a future billing cycle, depending upon your card issuer’s procedures.
Items with different arrival time frames to our warehouse may be shipped separately at no cost to you.
Items marked as ‘In stock 2-4 Days’ will ship as soon as possible, and items with longer arrive times may be consolidated before shipping.
All items sent from our warehouse are trackable and you when your order is despatched you will receive an email with shipping information.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
